An almost equal blend of pinot noir (53%) and chardonnay (47%), the 2006 vintage reflects the turbulent conditions of that year’s growing season. The pinot noir was sourced from the Montagne de Reims villages of Aÿ, Bouzy, Ambonnay, Verzy and Verzenay, while the chardonnay came from the celebrated Cote des Blancs villages of Avize, Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
