The sixth edition in Bollinger’s Pinot Noir–led series, PN TX20 showcases the elegance and structure of fruit grown in Tauxieres, with a base of the 2020 vintage and reserve wines dating back to 2008. Crafted entirely from Pinot Noir, PN TX20 draws its tension and aromatic depth from the chalk and clay soils of Tauxieres. Over 25% of the blend comes from older reserve wines, including standout years like 2008 and 2012, adding layered richness to its core of citrus and red fruit. This limited Blanc de Noirs is cellar-aged for twice the legal minimum, allowing time to bring precision into focus. Dosage is kept moderate at 8g/L, in keeping with the wine’s pure and terroir-driven expression.
