Product Description:Pure, dry and elegantly balanced. The Frogmore Creek Riesling 2024 is a cool-climate Tasmanian white wine crafted from 100% Riesling grown in the Coal River Valley. The 2024 season brought early budburst, cool winds during flowering, and a warm, dry summer, resulting in small yields of intensely flavoured fruit with bright natural acidity and excellent ageing potential. Hand-harvested and gently pressed, the juice was fermented at cool temperatures and left on lees for eight weeks to enhance texture and depth before cold stabilisation and bottling. The result is a pristine, dry Riesling that captures the precision and mineral purity of its southern Tasmanian origin. With residual sugar around 2 g/L and a taut line of acidity, it shows remarkable finesse and focus, a true reflection of Frogmore Creek’s sustainable viticulture and refined winemaking.
