This Riesling and Pinot Gris blend is fermented on skins. Made by Andrew Burchell from Good Intentions wines is an absolutely delicious example of orange wine. Co-fermented on skins for 3 months, it has a crazy complexity, and zippy freshness from the local volcanic soils of Mt Gambier.
