Just 3,000 bottles exist globally, drawn from casks spanning 1973—the distillery’s founding year—through to whiskies aged up to 50 years. Master Blender Jota Tanaka, a Whisky Hall of Famer, has curated a malt blend of immense depth and detail. The whisky’s structure comes from a medley of ex-Bourbon, beer-aged, Oloroso Sherry, and red wine casks, each contributing to its nuanced profile. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 52% ABV, it delivers a vivid, unvarnished snapshot of Fuji’s malt-making prowess—rich, expressive, and shaped by time. Expect a palate laced with dried stone fruit, caramelised sugars, and textured oak, unfolding sip by sip with impressive clarity and length.
