A contemporary range of wines, Plus & Minus has been developed to be richer in antioxidants, without the alcohol. Their zero alcohol wines have been hand crafted without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract during the winemaking process. The fruit for the pinot noir has been sourced from vineyards in Langhorne Creek in South Australia. Real Pinot character on the nose, the nose displays ripe red fruits as well as a savoury edge. The palate displays typical characters of dried herb and spice with a hint of natural fruit sweetness.
