Saint & Scholar Pinot Noir 2018 vintage is a wine made to ‘drink now’. This wine is ruby red in colour. The nose hints at cherries, strawberries, and raspberries. They complement the palate, revealing flavours of strawberries and crunch blueberries. It is flavourful with a lengthy finish. This is a robust Dry Red style of pinot with black cherry, plum and clove flavours spun through with warming alcohol and dry, woodsy spice.
