Description
The grapes for the Saint & Scholar Sparkling White NV were harvest from their Gumeracha vineyard. They are then exposed to traditional techniques of whole bunch pressing, bottle fermentation and maturation on yeast lees to allow the creation of an elegant wine with purity of fruit, subtle savoury complexity and finesse. These bubbles are rose petal pink in colour. The nose hints at nectarine, citrus blossom, and white peaches. The palate has stone fruits and citrus, finishing crisp and clean.
